This was a great 3*** hotel and is quite new. The location is perfect as this was our second time to Hanoi and we would return for the location alone. We had three sharing a VIP room and there was plenty of space. The bathrooms are fine with hot water, spa and a good size. The air conditioning was a blessing from the heat outside. The staff were very friendly and always helped with bookings, local information etc. We would recommend for anyone wanting good value for money and close to everything. Restaurant Tip : Little Hanoi Cafe around the corner was great for watching the chaotic streets of Hanoi. We spend hours there.
IMPERIAL SERVICE IN IMPERIAL HOTEL by MsJennifer Burger - jennifer_burge@hotmail.com - Post at : 08:50 05/09/2010
My husband and I recently traveled to Hanoi for a long weekend getaway. We wanted to see Halong Bay as well as Hanoi, so I was looking for a hotel which could help me coordinate the transport and accommodation in both places. When I found the Hanoi Imperial Hotel, I definitely hit the jackpot. The sales manager, Ms. Diep Ngoc, made the entire process simple for us by responding quickly and thoroughly to our questions about the trip. We booked the "Unwind Package" which includes 2 nights accommodation and an overnight on the Classic Sail junk boat on Halong Bay. We booked a third night at the hotel after our excursion. The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived. I was presented with a giant bouquet of orchids and we were given a VIP room which suited my husband's 6'4" frame perfectly with its king size bed. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and its wonderful staff to any friend intending to visit Hanoi and/ or Halong Bay.

Hello, My mother, my sister and I have spent 3 nights in Hanoi last week, from sunday to tuesday. It was great and I really enjoyed your town. I would like to thank you for your welcome. Our two days were really amazing. Your staff was so nice and on hand especially regarding our little problem to go in Halong Bay because of the typhoon. Especially the woman who welcome us and the man who was here the day we left Hanoi. We were so pleased of our trip in Vietnam and we will recommend your hotel to family and friends. Many thanks Kind regards Lucile Richart
Best three star hotel in Hanoi by Ms Gamai - colorcoder36@gmail.com - Post at : 06:28 31/08/2010
Best of all would be the friendly, helpful and very responsive hotel staff, from the manger to all the service providers we have chances to encounter. Various patrons may have different needs and preferences; in our cases, the hotel's young staff always gave us prompt attention and the services are provided with smiles. Our satisfaction always seemed to be their concerns. We already planned to return to Hanoi Imperial Hotel on our next tripWe spent three weeks in Hanoi on a working tour and decided to choose Hanoi Imperial for our stay in Hanoi. Its location is one of the primary factors for the selection. The hotel is in walking distances to many famous attractions that we would need to visit frequently during our stay, among those are: Hoan Kiem lake, the 36 streets of the old town, water puppet theatre, alleys, restaurants….where we would have plenty of choices of eatery and coffee shops. It turned out that we all decided to spend our whole trip at Hanoi imperial Hotel. Given the price

Excellent location - literally 1-2 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as other attraction spots in the Old Quarter area. Staff are helpful, and language is not a problem as most of the staff speak adequate English. Room is spacious and very clean. This hotel has surpassed my expectations for a 3 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
