Excellent location - literally 1-2 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as other attraction spots in the Old Quarter area. Staff are helpful, and language is not a problem as most of the staff speak adequate English. Room is spacious and very clean. This hotel has surpassed my expectations for a 3 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

IDEAL LOCATION- Food outlet, shopping, night market, entertainment in the Old quarter in Hanoi all within walking distance. 2 min to Hoan Kiem Lake and close to major attraction. SERVICE- excellent. Staff courteous and always helpful. ROOM CONDITION – Hotel recently open for business, therefore everything is new, clean and everything works. Room are large and comfortable with windows with outside view. QUALITY - Fine quality 3 star hotel with a ‘Plus.' Very satisfied and value for money. RECOMMENDATION- For the slightly above budget traveller. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Definitely, will be back.

Great location, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The staff are all very friendly - would definitely recommend to friends.

This hotel is an amazing 3 star! Of the hotels we have stayed during 2 weeks in Vietnam, the Imperial stands far above other 3 stars. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is far above usual hotel standard. It is well worth the few extra dollars. The ladies at reception speak very good english and can help to arrange tours of the city or recommend places to go. We will definately stay here again next time in Hanoi.
