IDEAL LOCATION- Food outlet, shopping, night market, entertainment in the Old quarter in Hanoi all within walking distance. 2 min to Hoan Kiem Lake and close to major attraction. SERVICE- excellent. Staff courteous and always helpful. ROOM CONDITION – Hotel recently open for business, therefore everything is new, clean and everything works. Room are large and comfortable with windows with outside view. QUALITY - Fine quality 3 star hotel with a ‘Plus.' Very satisfied and value for money. RECOMMENDATION- For the slightly above budget traveller. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Definitely, will be back.

Great location, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The staff are all very friendly - would definitely recommend to friends.

This hotel is an amazing 3 star! Of the hotels we have stayed during 2 weeks in Vietnam, the Imperial stands far above other 3 stars. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is far above usual hotel standard. It is well worth the few extra dollars. The ladies at reception speak very good english and can help to arrange tours of the city or recommend places to go. We will definately stay here again next time in Hanoi.

Thank you to all the staff of the Hanoi Imperial Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi so enjoyable and memorable. This is a brand new hotel and although not completely finished,(no pool or gym, yet), I couldn't fault it, or the staff. The rooms are spacious and well equiped, some with views of Hoan Kiem Lake. The beds are comfortable and you get a light show whilst you take a shower (you have to see the shower heads)! The staff - some of whom are new to the hotel industry - are friendly, courteous and well trained and will benefit from further contact with foreign visitors. Languages spoken - Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Italian, a bit of French as well. I have no hesitation recommending the Hanoi Imperial to anyone looking for a quality 3 star hotel in close proximity to much of Hanoi's attractions. Thanks again to all the staff at the 'Imperial'.
