“The Staff (especially Tho )”

My wife & myself (both Senior Citizens) have just returned from a week at the Imperial hotel in Hanoi. Before we went I had read excellent reviews about this Hotel, after staying there I can understand why. The whole staff were first class, especially the charming Tho. The location is perfect, it is in the Old quarter, 2 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake.
