1. Overview of Cooking class :
- Meet your chef at HCC and receive a brief introduction to Vietnamese cooking and the days dishes.
- Guided tour of Chau Long wet market
- Prepare at least four dishes at your own work station in a purpose built, fully air-conditioned kitchen under the expert guidiance of our chefs.
- Enjoy your own cooked meal in our dining room with complimentary free flow local wine, beer or soft drinks.
Class length: approximately 4 hours; includes all dishes, listed beverages, detailed recipe cards and a sourvenir from the Hanoi Cooking centre.
2. Street Eats Tours:
- You will visit five street stalls specially selected by our local chefs and not found in toursit guides.
