“The location is very convenient and an easy walk to most of Hanoi’s landmarks – in and beyond the quarter. Vans can’t get onto the street so you need to walk around the corner to pick up tours, but it made the street a bit quieter which is lovely since Hanoi can get quite loud and crowded. The staff is very friendly, helpful and warm. We were at another hotel later in our stay – the people there were professional, but nothing like the team at Hanoi Imperial. The bed was very comfortable, again, not true in the other (higher end) Hanoi hotel.”
“Hi we stayed at this great hotel and we were a long way from home and the wonderful staff made us feel like part of their family so helpful just beautiful people and to a special generous warm hearted caring young man ALEX the manager took us on a food tour on his own time at night your amazing mate cheers from Chris & Martina from AUSTRALIA.”
“The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Their English was very good, and they were exceptionally polite. The customer support representative helped me book a day trip to Ninh Binh which was a day well spent. The hotel itself is well-located in the Old French Quarter. The breakfast served on the 8th floor was absolutely amazing and offered a wonderful taste of Vietnam. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Hanoi in the future!”
