Our hotel is nested on a quiet alley from the big streets. In addition, all rooms have sound proof windows or double glazed doors to prevent the noise from the street. Therefore, you will find it amazingly quiet in our rooms.

We have a separate smoking area near the hotel entrance. Other public areas are non-smoking. Our rooms and suites on upper floors with window(s) can be arranged with smoking preference. Especially, we have a Suite Balcony room category which is suitable for smoking guests to have more airy space.

There are several ways to approach our hotel:

By bus from local brand airlines: Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar and Vietjetair all provides bus transfer service from the airport to the city center. However, the number of buses are limited. You might ask the airline staff for the bus stop and should be quick to not miss the bus.
By public bus: bus no. 07, 17, 90, NB01, NB02, NB03 and high-quality bus no. 86 are the buses routing from Noi Bai airport to Hanoi city center. View from Hanoi map
By taxi: there are variety of taxi brands available that you can catch one at the pick-up line after the terminal exit. However, not all taxi drivers are trustworthy so you should do some research beforehand. Read our article of How to avoid airport scams

Cash in VND or USD, credit card: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club are accepted. With credit card or traveler cheque, 2% of bank service is charged.

For bookings via our website or email, cancelation is free of charge if made more than 2 days prior to arrival date. Cancelation made later, full amount of the booking cost will be charged.
